Abstract

This article analyzes the new and breakthrough points of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW (August 22, 2025) on education and training development and clarifies its impacts on higher education in Khánh Hòa province. Based on an assessment of the current situation, the paper identifies opportunities and challenges and proposes key solutions to leverage strengths, overcome limitations, and improve training quality, scientific research, autonomy, and international integration. It affirms the role of higher education as a driving force for Khánh Hòa’s sustainable development.
