Employee Performance Based on Organizational Culture and Work Environment with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable at PT Natura City Development Tbk

This study aims to identify the direct, indirect, and total effects of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population amounted to 171 permanent employees of PT Natura City Development Tbk with a sample size of 120 respondents selected by proportionate random sampling method. Data analysis includes descriptive, verification, validity, reliability, classical assumption test, path analysis, and sobel test for mediating variables. The research findings show that partially organizational culture and work environment have a direct and positive effect on job satisfaction. organizational culture, work environment and job satisfaction directly and positively affect employee performance. Organizational culture and work environment also affect employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Natura City Development Tbk.
