The study employs a mixed methods approach, combining quantitative data from 120 respondents (tourists, business actors, and local communities) with qualitative data from 30 in-depth interviews and focus group discussions involving government officials, entrepreneurs, community representatives, and academics. Analysis includes multiple linear regression and thematic interpretation. The findings reveal that six independent variables significantly influence sustainable tourism: Public Policy & Good Governance, Economic Contribution, Social Contribution, Environmental Conservation, Business Strategy & Collaboration, and Sustainability Management. The regression model explains 68.4% of the variance (R² = 0.684), with Sustainability Management emerging as the most dominant factor (β = 0.275). The study concludes that an integrative approach—grounded in Triple Bottom Line, Good Governance, and Quadruple Helix frameworks—is essential to achieving inclusive, sustainable, and collaborative tourism development.
